
Begun in 1992, the Leadership in an Aging Society Program includes
three main components:
- A summer leadership intern experience for Undergraduate and Graduate
students who demonstrate the ability and desire to develop strong leadership
skills in the territory of aging.
- A fifteen-month senior leadership enhancement program for older North
Carolinians who possess distinctive leadership capability to work
more effectively within an aging society.
- A fifteen-month leadership concentration for mid-career professionals
who demonstrate strong leadership potential across aging services.
